According to text found on HM2's website, "All you have to do is export your HUD from HM2 and upload it to the HUD Repository. If you want to contribute a HUD to HM2's Repository, the process should be pretty straightforward. A description of each HUD is given and it's pretty helpful to see all of the stats written out so you can understand exactly what numbers you're looking at.
